PatonaBay Boat Service standard shipping policy is:
The standard shipping charges as billed when processing orders
through the online store are based on shipping within the
continental United States. Expedited shipping upon request will incur
additional charges.
Indiana residents add 6.0% sales tax. Residents of all other
states are individually responsible for and recommened to
remit their states applicable taxes.
No order will be processed until it is paid for.

Disclaimers: All of the parts listed on this website by
Patonabay Boats Service are assumed to be correct. We assume
no responsibility for typographical errors in either pricing
or product descriptions. All product specifications and prices
are subject to change without notice.
Returns
No returns on special orders, Any other items may be returned
within 30 days, if it is accompanied by the invoice, and a
Patonabay Boat Service authorization number. To obtain a
Patonabay Boat Service Return Authorization number, either
send a request including name, part purchased, date of purchase
and reason that the part is being returned to: Parts@Patonabay.com

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the
costs of shipping, handling and restocking the item. Prior to
returning an item, Customer must obtain an authorization number.
All authorization numbers will be assigned by Patonabay Boat Service.
Any item returned in damaged or non-sellable condition will be refused.
Any item returned without an authorization number will also be refused.
Absolutely no returns on Electrical parts ,These parts are non-returnable
under any circumstances.
The information you submitt as required to place an order will
only be used for that purpose. Under no circumstances will we
share this information with outside parties, not related to
complete the order, handling, shipping process.
